Presentation of UOPA Gold Award

We are very likely to present the UOPA Gold Award this Friday 18 April during morning assembly. If there is a call by Mr Maran for all NPCC cadets to stand to let the school knows who are the NPCC cadets, PLEASE STAND AND BE PROUD OF IT! DON'T BE SHY!

Sports Day at VJC

Tomorrow is Sports Day, and all of you are required to be down at VJC for road marshall duty. Please bring your full NPCC uniform and be there at 1.30pm. CIP hours will be given for your efforts.

Campcraft Competition Supporters

It will be on 5 April 2008 (Saturday). Meet at School Foyer in PE T-Shirt and Track Pants by 7am. Bring Buss Pass and have breakfast beforehand. All must attend unless excused.

Re: Phototaking

IMPORTANT!!
Phototaking is cancelled tomorrow as the Secondary 1s have yet to receive their NPCC Uniforms. The Phototaking will be held again in July. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

For those ppl who have been very impatient to find out the results, here it is. Please do not cry after seeing this. It is really very very sad.

and guess what was team 2's position?


11th!!!!!

Challenge Unlimited Games Day 2008

Hi guyz

As I said on Friday, the following the assignment of the posts for cu.

Logistics/Administration:

Secondary 4s: Sakib, Azhri, Xin Wenn

Jobscope: -Get the materials in the logistics list( approach me for it) (deadline: 9th March all items ready)
-Gather info from schools and form namelist (7th March)

Refereeing:

Secondary 4s: Yongwei, Andy

Jobscope: Organise and allocate the referees for each and every match(7th March)
Make sure referees are very familiar with the rules and unbiased.(7th March)


Scoring:

Secondary 4s: Azhri, Jun Han, Alvin

Jobscope: -Form the Scoring System (knockout etc?)(6th March)
-Allocate people to keep scores at the scoreboard and run to scoreboard after match to inform about the results(7th March)
-Keep track of the scoreboard (actual day)


Refreshments:

Secondary 4s: Yi Wei, Yock Siong

Jobscope: -Get the 100-plus bottles (appropriate amount for players) budget $200 (arranged by 10th March delivered on actual day)


Ushering:

Secondary 4s: Yi Wei, Jeremy, Chun Yong(tbc as playing)

Jobscope: -Assign ushers to each school( 7th March)
-Organize reception (10th march things ready so that actual day morning only need to put it there)
-Oversee that schools are "taken care of" (actual day)


Decorations:

Secondary 4s: Jervin

Jobscope: -Check status of banners(6th March)
-Allocate people to put up banners/flags etc(10th March the banners should be up)
-Ensure it looks good( 10th March)
-Reception decorations (ready by 10th March put on table on actual day)


Emcee:

Jobscope: -Formulate emcee script (6th March)
-Emcee the event (actual day)


Entertainment(DJ):

Secondary 4: Abbas

Jobscope: -Formulate the "dedication" system (6th March)
-obtain music (7th March)
-handle requests and play as per needed (as radio dj)(actual day)

Medic:

Secondary 4s: Yongwei

Jobscope: -Ensure medical assisstance is available throughout (arranged for by 10th march and to be there on actual day)


Players: Jervin, Yi Ann, Chun Yong, (reserves decide later)

Allocations refer to the assignments of sec 1s and 3s to help in each area under the respective in-charges. The brackets with dates are the respective deadlines.
