NCO Interview

NCO interview
Date : 4/7/07 (next Wednesday)
Reporting time : 0300 hrs
Venue : Outside NP room
Attire : PT kit

You are also required to write and NCO essay which is to be submitted on the day of the interview.

Points to include in your essay:

1. Why you want to be an NCO
2. Why do you think you are fit to be an NCO
3. Why should WE choose you as an NCO
4. What will you do if you become an NCO

The interview will be conducted by the CIs and NCOs. Only those interested in becoming NCOs are required to go for the interview. Absence from the interview will indicate that you are NOT interested and do NOT wish to become an NCO. Those interested but are unable to make it for the interview are to inform either ME or your NCO DANIEL ASAP BEFORE the day of interview itself, personally. (For those people in 3A with oral on that day, report immediately outside the NP room once it finishes.)
